What is the cancellation & penalty policy?
The cancellation and penalty policy of the air carriers is applied.
What is the payment policy?
When you have accepted the Terms and Conditions for the aircraft operator, you
will receive charter reservation and payment details by email from AirJetBook.
When your payment has been received, you will be sent a charter confirmation
email.
How Can I Change a Ticket?

Passport Details?
Passport details of all
passengers travelling should be provided as soon as the flight is confirmed,
and at the very latest 24 hours before the flight. If you or any of your
passengers have flown with us before, your details will be stored.
Who
supervises my flight?
AirJetBook Operations team supervises flight organization to let you
enjoy your flight.
Which Terminal do I have to come to?
All flights depart/arrive at the General Aviation Terminal at the relevant
Airport.
How does Check-In and Baggage drop-off work?
Handling Agency will welcome the passenger at their info desk 30 minutes before
your departure. Baggage will be handed over to the handling agent, who will
ensure that the baggage is carefully stored at the Aircraft's baggage
compartment.
How much does additional baggage cost?
Due to the limited baggage compartment of the Aircraft, the space for excess
baggage is not available.
What if my baggage has been damaged or lost?
Carrier is liable to Passenger for destruction, loss or damage of baggage only
if the damage resulted from Carrier's fault or that of Carrier's servants or
agents and shall be limited to SDR 1.131,00 per passenger unless a higher value
is declared to Carrier at check-in and the supplementary fee required is paid,
in which case our liability would be limited to such value declared.
Is
it possible to order Special Meals?
Standard VIP Catering as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic open bar drinks
are included by default. Special Meals, for example Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal,
Gluten Intolerant, Diabetic, Kosher, Lactose Intolerant can be requested during
the booking process.
At
which time shall I be at the Airport latest?
Latest acceptable arrival at
Handling Agency's Info Point is 30 minutes before departure. The recommended
arrival time is 45-30 minutes before departure.
Is it allowed to use my mobile device during
flight? Regulated by the particular
Captain on board, it will be announced during the flight if mobile devices are
required to be set to flight mode or not.
Are there special prices for children (between
2 and 12 years old)?
The fares which were mentioned are valid for passengers of all ages.
What
prices apply for infants (up to 2 years old) and do they have their own seat?
Due to cabin space standards infants on board are not permitted.
What
is the latest date a ticket can be booked?
It depends on the availability of tickets, the latest possible reservation is 2 hours before flight departure.
Are animals allowed on board? The carriage of animals is regulated by special conditions of Transportation and, therefore, it requires AirJetBook' explicit acceptance in writing. Customer should make a detailed request to AirJetBook ([email protected]) at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled departure, otherwise such carriage may not be allowed.
Is the carriage of firearms allowed on board? The carriage of firearms is
regulated by special conditions of Transportation and, therefore, it requires
AirJetBook'' explicit acceptance in writing. Customer should make a detailed
request to AirJetBook' ([email protected]) at least 5 business days in
advance of the scheduled departure, otherwise such carriage may not be allowed.
If any special assistance during the flight is required,
how can I arrange it? Acceptance of carriage of
unaccompanied children, disabled people, pregnant women, people with illnesses
or other people requiring special assistance, has to be arranged with
AirJetBook at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled departure.
Flight Attendant?The presence of a flight attendant is dependent on the Operator and aircraft. Whilst this service is not typically included on smaller aircraft, it is often available on larger jets at no extra cost. If you require further information, please contact AirJetBook Operations.
Is there parking?Your car or taxi can normally drop you off within a few metres of the aircraft or at the handling agent terminal, and parking is available at most private airport terminals.Please ask the a AirJetBook Operations Team for information and if you require a location map for your departure airport.
